A former Rangers star proved that he has not lost the love for his old Glasgow team today.
Jermain Defoe took to social media this afternoon to share a picture of what appeared to be custom Gers boxing gloves.
The former striker posted the picture on his Instagram story with the caption 'Boxing time'.
The 41-year-old joined Rangers in January 2019 on an 18-month loan.
After scoring his debut goal for the side on January 23, he went on to join the Gers permanently in the summer transfer window of the 2020 to 2021 season.
Defoe eventually left Rangers in 2022. He announced his retirement from the beautiful game in the same year.
