A huge Scottish rock band are set to host three concerts in Glasgow later this year.

Biffy Clyro will bring their 'A Celebration of Beginnings' tour to the city's Barrowland Ballroom on Thursday, October 24, Friday, October 25, and Saturday, October 26.

As part of the tour, each night the group will perform one of their first three albums.

On Thursday, the band will play their Blackened Sky record, Friday they will perform The Vertigo of Bliss album, and on the Saturday they will perform their Infinity Land record. 

The group, who were formed in Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire, is made up of singer Simon Neil, bassist James Johnston and drummer Ben Johnston.

They are known for their hits including Many of Horror, Bubbles, Mountains, Space, and many more. 

 

 

Announcing the shows on social media, the group said: "We are delighted to announce ‘A Celebration of Beginnings' 6 shows for October 2024, to celebrate our first three records: Blackened Sky / The Vertigo of Bliss / Infinity Land.

"Each night we will play one album in full, plus a selection of songs from other albums."

Tickets for the event will go on sale from Friday, March 15, at 10am.
