The Scottish Ambulance service have issued an update after a man was 'stabbed' near a school yesterday.
We previously reported that cops were called to High Common Road area of East Kilbride at around 12.55pm after a man was attacked in broad daylight.

Now, the ambulance service have confirmed that one person was taken to hospital following the incident.
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We received a call at 12:55 on March 5 to attend an incident on High Common Road, East Kilbride.
"An ambulance was dispatched to the scene and the patient was transported to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital."

The force have also confirmed that an investigation into the incident has been launched and that enquiries are ongoing.
